Job Description

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a KYC Officer. As part of our consultancy team, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for all KYC-related questions from the client and the Relationship Manager.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and control for KYC processes.
• Coordinate KYC activities with different entities within the client’s group.
• Guarantee business continuity and ensure customer satisfaction.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills required.
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills required.
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills required.

Education:

• Bachelor or Master degree.

Work Location:

• Brussels (after initial training period: 50% on site, 50% homeworking).

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience (Mandatory):

• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Familiarity with various IT tools.

Business Experience (Mandatory):

• KYC-related experience.
• Prior operations experience in KYC.

Business Experience (Preferable):

• Strong interest in finance and banking products.
