As a KYC Analyst (User Verification Agent) at bunq, you'll ensure personal and business accounts are verified efficiently and securely, enabling users to access bunq quickly while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and trust. Take Ownership

• Own the end-to-end verification of personal and business accounts, making fast, highly compliant, and user-centric decisions every single day 🚀
• Leverage advanced AI-assisted tools to master document readings, reactivations, and TIN exemptions, keeping our verification queues moving with zero friction 📚
• Be the analytical anchor who untangles complex regulatory edge cases and ambiguous documents, connecting disjointed data points where automated systems fall short 🙌🏻
• Smash your daily performance metrics, consistently maintaining stellar standards for high productivity, immaculate quality, and rapid resolution 💫
• Proactively spot and flag recurring bottlenecks in our onboarding flow, driving long-term, automated fixes that Make Life Easy 💥

Requirements

• You're an empathetic, user-first problem solver who uses critical thinking and detail-oriented research to resolve complex edge cases.
• You possess a zero-ego, high-tenacity drive to self-start, iterate through uncertainty, and take complete ownership of your work.
• You speak English fluently and have strong analytical and observational skills.
• You are available for flexible shifts (morning, evening, and occasional weekends) to support our users when they need us most.
