We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented KYC Analyst to join our global Client Onboarding team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of risk mitigation, executing Customer Identification Programs (CIP) and conducting deep-dive due diligence for international clients.
Conduct Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on new and existing clients in line with global regulatory standards.
Spot red flags, unusual activity, and complex corporate structures, escalating compliance risks to key stakeholders.
Manage client onboarding pipelines efficiently while serving as a primary point of contact for internal business queries.
Contribute to continuous process improvements across EMEA and global compliance operations.
Support regulatory inquiries, internal audits, and strategic KYC remediation projects.
1+ years in AML, KYC, CDD, or Client Onboarding within financial services or FinTech.
Solid understanding of AML/CFT frameworks, fraud prevention, and financial crime compliance standards.
Strong problem-solving skills with close attention to detail when reviewing client documentation.
Business-fluent English (written and spoken) to seamlessly collaborate with international
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Work alongside top-tier compliance and risk professionals across international hubs.
Clear progression path within Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and AML operations.
