At KURU Footwear, we're on a mission to make every step feel better. We're looking for a KURU GURU Specialist who can provide friendly, helpful support while representing the KURU brand across customer service, social media, and review platforms.

Schedule: Full-time

Location: Remote

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and order issues with empathy and professionalism
• Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, tags, and brand mentions
• Manage customer reviews across Google, Trustpilot, Amazon, Yelp, and KURU's website
• Help resolve shipping delays, damaged or incorrect products, returns, and refunds
• Become an expert on KURU products, promotions, and policies
• Engage with customers and help build a positive online community
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback with the appropriate teams
• Maintain accurate customer interaction and follow-up records in the CRM
• Assist with escalated customer concerns and high-volume periods
• Coordinate with warehouses and other departments to resolve customer issues
• Support special projects and other KURU GURU responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Patient, professional, and solutions-focused approach
• Strong computer skills and comfort using social media platforms
• Ability to multitask and adapt as priorities change
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working as part of a remote team
• Genuine desire to help customers and make things right
• Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to achieve results
