Om rollen
Som kundservicemedarbetare är du en del av vår kundservice och möter våra kunder i de kanaler de väljer – telefon eller mejl. Din huvudsakliga uppgift är att hantera kundärenden med hög servicegrad och kvalitet, samt säkerställa att ärenden löses i linje med våra uppsatta KPI:er.
Rollen är både operativ och administrativ och innebär ett nära samarbete med kollegor och extern kundservicepartner. Kund, kvalitet och noggrannhet genomsyrar allt vi gör.
