Som kundeservicemedarbeider hos oss vil du få ansvar for å håndtere henvendelser fra våre kunder via telefon, e-post og chat. Du vil jobbe med å løse problemer og svare på spørsmål knyttet til våre produkter og tjenester, som for eksempel teknisk veiledning, fakturahenvendelser eller støtte til app og Mine sider. Målet er å løse så mange henvendelser som mulig ved første kontaktpunkt.
