Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie
We are looking for creative, dynamic and highly motivated people with at least 4 years of experience in Croatian and/or international cuisine, knowledge of at least one foreign language and motivation to work in a high-class hotel.
Your main tasks will be independently preparing and decorating dishes in accordance with the recipes and the intended presentation of the plate, maintaining and improving food quality standards, as well as participating in the creation of the menu and the entire offer of the Food and Beverage Department.

Vaši glavni zadaci bit će samostalno pripremanje i ukrašavanje jela u skladu s receptima i zamišljenom prezentacijom tanjura, održavanje i poboljšanje standarda kvalitete hrane kao i sudjelovanje u kreiranju jelovnika i cjelokupne ponude Odjela hrane i pića.
