The KSA Buildings & Infrastructure (B&I) Director is responsible for leading, growing, and elevating Bureau Veritas’ B&I portfolio across the region. This strategic leadership role oversees the full product line performance—shaping the long‑term vision, delivering the annual P&L, and ensuring excellence across all operations.
The Director drives topline and gross margin delivery in close partnership with regional leadership, steering commercial strategy, optimizing delivery models, and ensuring high‑quality, efficient, and client‑centric execution. The role leads multidisciplinary teams across Asset Management, Infrastructure Technical Inspections, Project & Program Management, Environmental Services, and Commissioning, ensuring cohesive, high‑value solutions for clients.
The Director also strengthens BV’s market presence across major sectors including Hospitality, Entertainment, Tourism, Mega Projects, Developers, Contractors, Government Authorities, Urban Development, Smart Cities, Transportation Infrastructure, and Aviation, building trusted relationships and expanding BV’s impact on safe, sustainable, and resilient built environments.
