A family in Miami is seeking afull-time chef. Their current chef of 8 years is heading back to the UK. The family ideally would love a chef with dual UK/US citizenship, but is open to a chef with excellent experience that would be accepted when applying for a visa for the UK. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday. The family is seeking someone with Michelin experience. The family is primarily based in Miami, but travels heavily to NY, Aspen and the UK. This is a heavy travel role. They are seeking longevity and looking to hire immediately.
TRAVEL SCHEDULE:
January - early May: MiamiEarly May - end of June: LondonJuly: Chef has a month off for vacationAugust - mid September: AspenMid-September - Thanksgiving: LondonThanksgiving: Usually a week in the US but could be subject to change (and usually it is Miami)Early December: LondonLate December: Aspen In between all this the chef would also be in New York for a few weeks of the year, usually scattered throughout. The family also travel to holiday destinations at other times and don’t usually take the chef with them, unless it’s somewhere they are concerned about the food.
The family is open on salary and proved PTO and health care benefits.
