Springfield Junior School is looking to recruit a KS2 Class Teacher
Springfield Junior School is part of the Children’s Endeavour Trust which totals eight schools across Stowmarket and Ipswich.
This is an exciting time to join our trust as the schools work collaboratively together to achieve excellence and improve outcomes for our children. Springfield is a popular junior school to the west of the town centre teaching children from age 7 to 11. You will:
be a good team player who is positive and motivated to do the best for the children
be flexible, adaptable and able to create exciting learning opportunities that will inspire children
be a teacher who has high expectations for our children and supports them to reach these
understand how children learn and structure their teaching accordingly
build positive relationships with children, staff and families
promote good progress and outcomes for all pupils using adaptive, active and creative teaching strategies
be able to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing
be reflective as you continually strive for innovative and impactful practice.
We will offer you:
a happy, friendly, vibrant primary school with motivated and positive learners
an inclusive and caring ethos with a supportive staff team
a well-resourced curriculum
