Job Description

As the Systems Administrator, you will work as part of the Business Services Team to:

• Administer Kronos time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate payroll data and reporting.
• Process leave, allowances, overtime and employee changes.
• Support payroll activities, reporting and system reconciliations.
• Manage Concur administration, employee records and workforce documentation.
• Coordinate clothing allocations, skills audits and employee correspondence.
• Liaise with the Business Service Centre and support continuous improvement initiatives

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Business Administration qualification or similar.
• Experience in payroll, workforce administration or systems support.
• Exposure to Kronos, JDE, Oracle or similar systems is highly regarded.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment legislation, awards and industrial instruments is advantageous
