This role will be supporting the Tours and Attractions Department, based in Seoul. 
In this Role, you’ll get to:
  • Maintain great relationships with attractions and related governmental organizations and wide local sales channels.  
  • Responsible for Korea Activities and Tickets business development (domestic and outbound market);
  • Supervise inter-business-unit product sales and promotion.
  • Create marketing seasonal/theme campaigns, and communication plans and prepare message content.  
  • Execute online and offline campaign activities, and work with various departments to ensure the plan is in place.   
  • Other assignments and projects from a supervisor 
What you'll Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluent in English, verbally and written. Chinese proficiency would be a plus.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently to achieve goals while also being able to operate as part of a team.
  • Proven negotiating and influencing skills; comfortable managing conflicts while maintaining relationships. 
  • Have a global mindset; Strong interpersonal skills - able to collaborate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders with various cultural backgrounds.
  • 7+ years of sales/marketing background; Travel industry/OTA experience highly preferred, especially in a global setting
  • Occasional Travel Required
