With understanding of supply chain management of Soft Goods, In-hand management of S&OP/ MRP/ Demand/ for KOREA procurement plan and Inventory control to support achieving TM Korea goals in order to maximize the benefits for company.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

• Bulk order: Review PO details in accordance with PO guideline given before PO submission to Global & Asia team.
• Get Approval & Meet the deadline of PO submit & Buy plan. Coordinate shipping information in the between sales and logistics to increase work.
• Corporate order (include Spot Order): Check the schedule with the factory first based on the given information and sharing it with teams related. Being involved in a project, observing the process, and supporting both our teams and customers proactively if necessary.
• Inventory Planning: Procurement & inbound to update it a daily basis. Month closing (Sales/Purchase order/Inventory) every month and analyzing the differences year on year based on MRP file.
• Conduct the Korea summary & PO simulation to get sense full year fluctuations. Beling fully aware of figure on inventory by checking Clearance plan and whether Sales number is reflected as planned.
• Implement Global KPIs and achieve the target (DIO)
• Monitoring Excess & Obsolete inventory trend and alert the old season stock volume to commercial team to come up with clearance plan.
• System maintenance: Rolling sales forecast to upload SG monthly forecast. Timely manage item master information.
• Take care of sub-materials such as hangtag and care label for ordered items in time.
• Manage inventory sharing process by communication related teams and following financial payments.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Understanding and knowledge of supply chain and demand planning
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels
• System knowledge (Excel, ERP, BI).

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related work experience.
• More than 7 years of Demand planning experience in related role.
• International trade or SCM related major is preferred

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.
• Ability to work extended hours or holiday as necessary
• Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
• Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
• Frequent travel may be required.
