Leadership Development Programs are designed to accelerate the development of
future leaders through structured, cross-functional rotational experiences that
drive meaningful business impact. Participants join as full-time associates,
gaining broad exposure across the organization while being supported through
intentional development, mentorship, and a strong cohort experience.

Program Overview

Kohler’s Operations &
Supply Chain Leadership Development Program is an exciting two-year rotational
experience designed to accelerate high-potential talent into future leaders who
can make an immediate and lasting impact across the business. Through four
meaningful six-month rotations, participants gain hands-on exposure to
high-visibility work across areas such as operations, supply chain,
manufacturing, sourcing, planning, logistics, quality, continuous improvement,
process engineering, and front-line leadership—building the enterprise mindset,
technical capability, and leadership confidence needed to solve complex
business challenges. Supported by executive mentorship, structured development,
cohort-based learning, and intentional placement planning, OSCLDP empowers
associates to explore diverse career paths, contribute to strategic priorities,
and help shape the future of Operations and Supply Chain at Kohler.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze end-to-end processes, data, and material flows to identify opportunities that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams across plants, distribution centers, corporate functions, and business units to solve complex problems and drive alignment.
  • Apply Lean, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methods to standardize processes, reduce waste, improve reliability, and strengthen operational performance.
  • Develop technical and business acumen through project ownership, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and executive-level report outs.
  • Build leadership capability through hands-on exposure to frontline operations, including opportunities to understand team performance, daily management, and shop floor decision-making.

Program Structure & Experiences
Kohler's
Leadership Development Programs are designed as two-year, full-time rotational
experiences that provide broad exposure to the business while accelerating
leadership readiness. Participants complete 3–4 cross-functional rotations,
each lasting 6–8 months, where they contribute to impactful work aligned to
business priorities.

Beyond
on-the-job experience, participants engage in a structured, enterprise-wide
development journey that includes:

  • A week-long immersive onboarding experience with their cross-functional cohort
  • Intentional semi-annual seminars and quarterly learning sessions throughout the program
  • Exposure to senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization
  • Ongoing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Opportunities to build community through a cohort-based experience and networking events

The
program culminates in a formal graduation experience, positioning participants
for strategic placement into full-time roles aligned to their strengths,
interests, and business priorities.

Skills/Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Must have obtained a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a major in Engineering, Operations or Supply Chain no later than June 2026.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, co-ops, campus organizations, athletics, volunteer work, or prior work experience.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to changing business priorities, and take initiative in shaping solutions when the path forward is not fully defined.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to identify trends, evaluate options, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Interest in building a career in operations and supply chain leadership, with flexibility to rotate across functions, teams, and U.S. operational sites.

The salary range for this position is $65,250 - $94,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
