Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Onsite, 4 days, Kohler, WI

Term: May 2027 through August 2027

Early Talent at Kohler
Kohler’s Early Talent internship programs are designed to provide
meaningful, hands‑on experience that drives real business impact. Over the
course of a 10–12 week internship, interns are immersed in the
business—contributing to real projects, building practical skills, and gaining
valuable exposure to our teams. They are supported through intentional
learning, mentorship, and a strong sense of community. These experiences are
designed to build a strong pipeline of talent for future full-time
opportunities, including Leadership Development Programs and direct hire roles.

Program Overview
Kohler’s Operations & Supply Chain experience is an exciting
launchpad for students ready to build real-world capability, explore meaningful
career paths, and make an immediate impact in a global manufacturing
environment. As an intern, you will contribute to high-priority projects across
areas such as logistics, strategic sourcing, planning, process engineering,
quality, continuous improvement, and new product integration while gaining
exposure to the same functions that shape Kohler’s Operations & Supply Chain
Leadership Development Program. Through hands-on assignments, networking,
leadership engagement, job shadowing, stewardship opportunities, and connection
with Kohler’s broader early talent community, you will develop a stronger
understanding of how end-to-end operations drive business results—and how your
curiosity, initiative, and ideas can help shape the future of gracious,
healthy, and sustainable living.
