Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Onsite - 4 days, Kohler, WI

Term: May 2027 through August 2027

Early Talent at Kohler

Kohler’s Early Talent internship programs are designed to provide
meaningful, hands‑on experience that drives real business impact. Over the
course of a 10–12 week internship, interns are immersed in the
business—contributing to real projects, building practical skills, and gaining
valuable exposure to our teams. They are supported through intentional
learning, mentorship, and a strong sense of community. These experiences are
designed to build a strong pipeline of talent for future full-time
opportunities, including Leadership Development Programs and direct hire roles.

Program Overview

Kohler
Co.'s Digital Internship Program provides students with the opportunity to gain
hands-on experience across Kohler's Digital organization and business teams
while contributing to meaningful work that supports the future of Kohler. As a
highly integrated and growth-oriented company, Kohler is committed to
developing early career talent and building a strong pipeline for future
full-time opportunities, including entry-level digital roles and the Kohler IT
Leadership Development Program.

As
a Digital Intern, you will contribute to initiatives that help enhance
and support the digital products, platforms, and capabilities that power
Kohler's business. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain
exposure to how technology, data, and digital solutions create value for
customers, improve business processes, and drive innovation across the
enterprise. Through meaningful project work, mentorship, networking, and
leadership engagement, you will develop practical skills while helping shape
Kohler's digital future.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to meaningful digital, technology, data, and business-focused projects that support Kohler's strategic priorities and create real business impact.
  • Collaborate with digital, technology, and business teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and help deliver innovative solutions.
  • Support and enhance digital products, platforms, applications, and business capabilities that improve user experience, drive operational excellence, and enable business growth while gaining exposure to how digital solutions are designed, prioritized, and continuously improved.
  • Work with colleagues and stakeholders across functions and geographies, gaining experience collaborating within a global organization.
  • Apply your academic knowledge and curiosity to solve real-world business challenges while developing new technical, analytical, and professional skills.
  • Learn new technologies, software applications, tools, and ways of working through hands-on project experiences and guided learning opportunities.
  • Gain exposure to the corporate environment through mentorship, networking, and professional development experiences designed to help you build confidence and thrive in your career.
  • Present project outcomes, recommendations, and key learnings to leaders and stakeholders at the conclusion of your internship experience.

Skills/Requirements

Required
Qualifications

  • Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's program from an accredited institution with a focus in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology or Sciences, IT Management, Data & Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated interest in digital technology, information technology, data, cybersecurity, software engineering, digital products, business systems, analytics, or technology-enabled business transformation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships in a professional environment.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working.
  • Leadership experience through coursework, student organizations, work experience, research, athletics, or other extracurricular activities.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $26.50 - $33.13. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s education and work location.
