Kohler Intern - Commercial (Sales & Marketing)

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Onsite - 4 days, Kohler, WI

Term: May 2027 through August 2027

Early Talent at Kohler

Kohler’s Early Talent internship programs are designed to provide
meaningful, hands‑on experience that drives real business impact. Over the
course of a 10–12 week internship, interns are immersed in the
business—contributing to real projects, building practical skills, and gaining
valuable exposure to our teams. They are supported through intentional
learning, mentorship, and a strong sense of community. These experiences are
designed to build a strong pipeline of talent for future full-time
opportunities, including Leadership Development Programs and direct hire roles.

Program Overview

Kohler’s
Commercial Internship Program offers a hands-on, immersive experience designed
to accelerate learning and provide meaningful exposure to the core functions
that drive business growth. Interns are placed in roles across Sales,
Marketing, Product Management, or Category Management, where they contribute to
real business initiatives and gain insight into how Kohler brings products to
market and connects with customers. Throughout the experience, interns build
foundational business acumen by working on cross-functional projects, analyzing
market and consumer trends, and supporting strategies that influence product
innovation and commercial performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitive research to uncover insights that inform business and go-to-market strategies.
  • Own and deliver a key project from scoping through final presentation, driving measurable business impact.
  • Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns, product initiatives, or sales strategies that support business goals.
  • Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives across the full customer journey, from product development to customer engagement.
  • Present insights and recommendations to team members and leaders, strengthening communication and influencing skills.

Skills/Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited institution with a focus in Marketing, Business Administration, Consumer Insights/Behaviors, Applied Statistics or a related field
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $23.95 - $29.93. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s education and work location.
