Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operations of KOA by Kyma New York, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Support management in daily activities, including front desk operations, guest relations, and service standards.
• Engage with guests to provide a personalized and memorable stay, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with various departments (F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance) to execute operational efficiencies and uphold high-quality service.
• Participate in training and onboarding new staff to align them with the company’s values and service culture.
• Assist in the development of marketing initiatives to promote KOA by Kyma New York in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
• Gather guest feedback for continual improvement and share insights with management for enhanced guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or boutique hotels preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is advantageous.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
