Job Description

A family of 4 in East Hampton, NY is seeking a temporary live-out housekeeper to start early June and work through Labor Day. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with the possibility for occasional later evenings. The start time of the schedule is flexible for the right candidate. You must be local to the Hamptons to be considered for the position

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping and household upkeep
• Daily cleaning and organization of all living spaces
• Vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and maintaining overall tidiness
• Laundry and linen care
• Maintaining household organization and cleanliness
• Help the chef from time to time with any entertainment

Qualifications

• The family is looking for someone who is super autonomous.
• Someone who can come in and hit the ground running, who doesn't need direction but takes their own initiative to maintain the already tidy environment
• Ability to work well with and around a very nice and down-to-earth family
• Team player
• Previous housekeeping experience in large homes
• Flexible and hard-working

Requirements

• You must be local to the Hamptons to be considered for the position
• Able to drive
• Looking for SEASONAL work

Salary and Benefits

• Family is open to very competitive rate starting at $50 per hour
