Savings & Investments Domain is looking for an Investment Knowledge Platform Lead, based in Boadilla (Madrid).
As an Investment Knowledge Platform Lead, you will be responsible for defining, coordinating and executing the Knowledge Base Adoption Strategy across all countries and entities within the Savings & Investment Domain.
The mission of the role is to transform structured and unstructured information into an AI-ready enterprise asset by designing scalable data models, knowledge architectures and cloud platforms consistently deployed across all countries and entities.
Working closely with Business, IT, Data, Architecture and AI teams, the role will identify strategic data sources, define global standards, lead architecture decisions and coordinate implementation while driving adoption of the global platform.
The position requires strong expertise in enterprise architecture, AI, data platforms, program leadership and change management.
In this role you will:
Knowledge Platform Strategy
Define and maintain the roadmap for the Savings & Investment Knowledge Platform (K2).
Establish the target architecture, implementation roadmap and governance model.
Align the platform strategy with the Domain roadmap and Santander's Global AI strategy.
Knowledge & Data Architecture
Design the global conceptual, logical and physical data models.
Define metadata, taxonomies and semantic models.
Design the reference architecture for the Global Platform and Local Knowledge Platform replicas.
Ensure scalability, interoperability, security and governance.
AI Knowledge Architecture
Design AI-native knowledge architectures using Knowledge Bases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Embeddings, Vector Databases and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Define standards for ingestion, indexing, retrieval and semantic search.
Cloud Platform & Global Deployment
Design AWS-based cloud architectures for both the Global Platform and local deployments.
Coordinate implementation with Global Technology teams and local entities.
Ensure consistent deployment and operational excellence.
Change Management & Adoption
Lead communication, training and stakeholder engagement.
Promote adoption of the Global Knowledge Base across Business, IT and Operations.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Define KPIs and governance metrics.
Develop executive dashboards using Power BI.
Report on platform adoption, data coverage and business value.

Professional Experience
7+ years leading enterprise data, AI or knowledge platform initiatives.
Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture and Data Architecture.
Experience with AWS cloud services and modern data platforms.
Strong knowledge of Knowledge Bases, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases and LLMs.
Experience integrating structured and unstructured data sources.
Strong change management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Education
University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, Technology or related fields (Preferred)
Strong change management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Languages
Spanish: Native or minimum C1 level. (Required).
English: Minimum B2 level. (Required).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within Banking or Financial Services.
Knowledge of Market Data providers and Financial Information ecosystems.
Experience with enterprise data governance and metadata management.
AWS and AI-related certifications.
