Knowledge Managementtask management
Work within a queue of Knowledge Management tasks including:
Opportunity pipeline and reporting updates
Maintenance and updating of theRFP Automation suiteincluding:
Library updating (iteminitialreviews, curator management and chasing, health reporting)
Role, team anduser management including issuing of standard job aids and enablement material
Project updates includingstage updates and knowledge recycling (along with Proposal Coordination)
Tomanage and updateBid Team templates (Word, PPT and other) to ensure they are up to date and in-line with Strada standards
ToidentifyKnowledge items in the wider Strada infrastructure, and to work with Proposal Management to turn them into winning copy for use across Strada.
Mentoring,leadershipand management(senior only)
To mentor junior team members (or oversee mentoring) to ensure thatsupport is available as needed
To embed a culture of professional development within the team, aligned with Global Bid Team and market best practice standards
To support theManager of Proposal Operationsin setting clear,achievableand challenging goals within thebid and opportunityoperations function.
Budget,reportingandimprovement
Tosupportregularreportingon key effectiveness items includingWin:Lossrates and reasons,deal velocity,compliance metrics, volume metrics,attainment to annual goals,revenueandpotentials forimprovement within the process.
Tosupportdevelopmentand delivery oftraining, both inside the Global Bid Management team and out to external stakeholders
To develop aculture of knowledge recycling, embeddingWin:Loss, competitive and landscape information into both the pre- and post-bid processes.
Tomaintaina process library describing corebid and opportunityprocessdocumentation.
To take part in the wider Sales Operations and Stradabusiness improvement catalogue as needed.
Stakeholder management
Tomaintaina portfolio of stakeholder engagementchannels to ensure thatknowledge content is effectivelyidentifiedand ingested, and that Proposal Projects areidentifiedand enabled efficiently.
Toactively engage with a network of Strada (andPartner) business stakeholders as needed tomonitorthe health and potential of StradaKnowledge
