That’s why we need you, a knowledge manager who can analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and provide high-quality mission support.
As a knowledge manager, you will primarily be responsible for managing incoming requirements, ensuring that the task guidance is clear, communicating to the team responsible for completing the task, and tracking metrics. You will also be readily available to shift your focus to fulfill emerging client requests. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client mission, and problem solving will enable the mission's success. You’ll use discussions and workshops with leadership and fellow teammates to identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. You will take the initiative to highlight areas for improvement and recommend possible solutions. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll work on a path forward and help our country's national security.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
