At IQM, clear, accessible, and well-structured knowledge is essential to enable efficient operations and informed decision-making. This Knowledge Manager role supports the Legal & IP team by ensuring that information, tools, and processes are well-managed, scalable, and easy to navigate across the organisation. The position plays a key role in improving the quality, consistency, and accessibility of legal and IP-related information, while raising awareness and supporting collaboration across teams.
What will I be doing?
Ensure document repositories are up to date, well-structured, and accessible across the organisation
Own and manage selected legal tools (e.g. e-signature platforms, corporate secretary tools, contract lifecycle management systems), ensuring effective and consistent use
Support the development and implementation of processes such as NDAs, inventor compensation, formal filings, and document handling practices
Develop and maintain internal knowledge resources, such as the legal and IP pages of our intranet
Support template management and contribute to related training initiatives
Assist in tracking and progressing team OKRs and company-wide awareness activities
Support reporting processes by gathering data and maintaining accuracy
Act as a central support across Legal & IP matters, ensuring high-quality information flow and internal communication
Drive continuous improvements in knowledge management practices and internal processes
What skills do I need?
Experience in a legal environment (law firm or in-house) or a similar knowledge management role
Strong organizational and structuring skills with attention to detail
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with ability to drive improvements
Familiarity with common legal tools and document management systems
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and standard workplace tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a structured way
Strong communication skills and ability to support non-legal stakeholders
Fluency in Finnish and English; additional languages such as German are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
