• Support frontline staff with reliable and student-focused guidance materials

You’ll also supervise the Knowledge Management Officer and play a key role in embedding a culture of knowledge sharing and service excellence across the Student Services Division.

About the Team
The Student Frontline Service Unit delivers a seamless and integrated experience for students, including oversight of the AskUOW Service Centre, current student communications, Student CRM, the knowledge base and coordination of service and communication channels.

• Excellent writing and editing skills, including experience using plain English principles
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

• 35-hour full-time work week, supporting greater balance and flexibility
• Flexible working arrangements, and family-friendly policies
• Generous leave entitlements, including additional concession days over the Christmas–New Year period
• Purchased leave options to provide greater flexibility throughout the year
• Ongoing professional development and clear career progression opportunities
