Our client, a highly regarded Bay Street law firm, is looking to add a Knowledge & Innovation Lawyer to join its progressive and high impact team at an exciting inflection point in its AI integration. This is a one year contract opportunity with the possibility for extension.
This is a firm-wide, cross-practice position that sits at the intersection of knowledge management and technology innovation. This lawyer will engage with lawyers, students, and business service teams to create and organize legal content and identify and implement processes to create efficiencies and enhance client service delivery. The role involves identifying needs, driving content development, designing and organizing knowledge products, and roll out and adoption of AI and other technology tools.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a large law firm or sophisticated in-house environment, and a collaborative working style with enthusiasm for innovation. This role offers meaningful impact from day one, broad exposure across the firm, and a chance to shape how a leading firm integrates AI into its practice. Hybrid work environment (3 days/week in office).
