ACQ INTEL - Knowledge and Content Specialist

POSITION: Knowledge and Content Specialist

LOCATION: Manila, Philippines

REPORTING TO: Capability Enablement Manager

SNAPSHOT OF THE ROLE

The Knowledge and Content Specialist manage our knowledge base and drives clear, consistent communication across the organization. This role ensures that any knowledge or communication content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business goals - supporting collaboration, engagement, and informed decision-making.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Provide end-to-end knowledge management and communications support across business activities and initiatives.
  • Support internal and frontline communications that support change, engagement, and awareness of key programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure all content and communications align with brand, style, and knowledge standards.
  • Partner closely with Support and Operations teams to maintain alignment and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Manage and engage stakeholders effectively - assessing needs, setting expectations, negotiating priorities, and delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes.

  • Clear, consistent, and accessible communication across teams and projects.
  • A well-maintained and trusted knowledge base supporting both operations and initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration to ensure communication and knowledge deliverables meet project timelines and objectives.
  • High-quality, accurate, and timely content aligned to business and project needs.
  • Effective prioritization, planning, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce and intranet tools is a plus
