Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor regular operational reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business department.
• Partner with business teams to understand operational needs and convert them into data analysis, dashboards, and insights.
• Build and continuously improve metrics and analytical frameworks to support management in evaluating business performance and identifying action points.
• Present data findings in a clear, meaningful, and compelling manner for decision-making across multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and reporting tasks assigned by the line manager.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and take ownership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Provide support for special projects and cross-functional initiatives, as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, Business Analytics, or any relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst; experience in customer care centers or the travel industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to derive business insights from data.
• Understanding and working experience with SQL is a plus.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms).
• Ability to communicate complex analytical results clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical reasoning.
• Willingness to assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
