Knowledge Analyst
Business Lending Operations (BLO) | Business & Wealth | Sydney

What’s the role?

You’ll support Business Lending Operations with the creation and maintenance of business process documentation. Working within the Portfolio & Change team, you’ll translate operational and regulatory change into structured and user-friendly content that frontline teams can easily understand and apply.

This role combines technical writing and knowledge management. You’ll produce Standard Operating Procedures, process maps and other knowledge articles, while ensuring documentation is consistent, accurate and up to date.

You’ll also partner with stakeholders to assess impacts, apply governance standards, and improve how knowledge is captured and maintained across the business.

What do I need?

  • Experience in technical writing or structured business writing (e.g. Standard Operating Procedures, knowledge articles, process documentation)
  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear, practical content
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and consistency
  • Experience working with stakeholders and translating business needs into documentation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Nice to have:

  • Experience in knowledge management or process improvement
  • Exposure to change or transformation environments
  • Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, ServiceNow or similar
