The  Knauf APAC Management Trainee Program is designed for engineering graduates who want to learn fast, contribute from day one and build a career with purpose. What you can expect

Our APAC Management Trainee Program, also known as  LEAP – LEaders Acceleration Program, is a 24-month development journey built to help you grow quickly and confidently.

Through the programme, you will receive:

• hands-on experience across different parts of the business (Manufacturing (Production & Process), Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Teams)

Who we are looking for

• understand and able to converse in basic English

Applications open on  1 September 2026 and close on  30 September 2026

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete online assessments, followed by case study assessment centre and panel interview.

The employment start date will be early 2027.
