Aufgaben

Wir unterrichten keine Fächer, sondern Menschen.

Für eine Abteilung der 4. Primarklasse suchen wir eine engagierte Klassenlehrperson. Die Bewerbung als Tandem ist ebenfalls möglich.

An der Primarschule Bünzmatt verstehen wir Schule als gemeinsamen Entwicklungsraum: für Schülerinnen und Schüler, für Lehrpersonen und für die gesamte Organisation. Zusammenarbeit wird bei uns grossgeschrieben. Wir tragen gemeinsam Verantwortung für einen wirkungsvollen Unterricht und für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Schule.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Führen einer 3. Primarklasse und Gestalten eines lernwirksamen, beziehungsorientierten Unterrichts
Verbindliche Zusammenarbeit im Klassen-, Stufen- und interdisziplinären Team
Mitarbeit an unserer systematischen Leseförderung und gemeinsamen pädagogischen Grundhaltung
Reflexion und Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Unterrichts durch
Intervisionen und kollegiale Hospitationen
Mitverantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Schule

Anforderungen

Anerkanntes Lehrdiplom für die Primarstufe oder Studienabschluss im Sommer 2026
Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und hohe Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit
Reflektierte, humorvolle und verlässliche Persönlichkeit
Bereitschaft, sich selbst, den Unterricht und Schule aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
