Aufgaben

Sie bereiten einen spannenden und motivierenden Unterricht vor und führen die Klasse auf Augenhöhe durch die Lektionen. Sie erstellen Beurteilungs- und Bewertungsinstrumente, welche sowohl den Wissenszuwachs wie auch die erlernten Kompetenzen der Lernenden valide und gerecht widerspiegeln. Sie begleiten die Jugendlichen bei Fragen und Problemen, sind für sie da, wenn sie die Lehrperson brauchen und bleiben dennoch stets auf der Seite Ihrer Funktion als Klassenlehrperson und Coach. Sie tauschen sich aktiv mit dem Kollegium über Unterricht, Schülerangelegenheit usw. aus. Ihr Arbeitsort ist das Schulhaus Paradiesli

Anforderungen

Sie verfügen über ein schweizerisches EDK anerkanntes Sekundar I Lehrdiplom oder befinden sich in der Ausbildung dazu.
Von Vorteil wäre Unterrichtserfahrung auf der Stufe.
Sie haben einen Draht zu Jugendlichen, arbeiten strukturiert und haben ein Flair für digitale Lernformen. Trotzdem arbeiten Sie auch gerne analog, weil Sie wissen, wann welches Medium die Lernenden am besten fördert.
Sie setzen sich für eine Sache ein, wenn sie Ihnen wichtig erscheint. Zudem haben Sie Mut, Neues auszuprobieren und Sie schrecken nicht davor zurück, Fehler zu machen.

Wobei nur Teile des Pensums übernommen werden müssen! Das Pensum liegt daher bei ca. 50 - 90 %.
Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Jahrgangsteam zusammen und erhalten Unterstützung durch langjährige Kolleginnen und Kollegen insbesondere durch die versierte Schulische Heilpädagogik, Schulische Sozialarbeit und Klassenassistenzen.
Unterrichten als Klassenlehrperson von ca. 14 Schüler und Schülerinnen
