Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Schulzentrum Bünzmatt suchen wir ab dem 01.08.2026 eine engagierte und herzliche Klassenlehrperson für eine 1. Klasse oder 2. Klasse.
Sie führen eine 1./2. Primarschulklasse und gestalten den Unterricht gemäss Lehrplan 21. Dabei planen, organisieren und reflektieren Sie den Unterricht in enger Zusammenarbeit und fördern die Kinder in ihrer fachlichen, sozialen und persönlichen Entwicklung. Sie schaffen ein wertschätzendes und unterstützendes Klassenklima, begleiten die Schülerinnen und Schüler in ihrem Schulalltag und berücksichtigen unterschiedliche Lernvoraussetzungen.
Zudem pflegen Sie einen konstruktiven Austausch mit den Eltern, führen Gespräche im Rahmen von Standortbestimmungen und arbeiten eng mit der Schulischen Heilpädagogin, der Schulsozialarbeit sowie weiteren schulischen Fachpersonen zusammen.
Die Mitarbeit im Schulteam sowie die Teilnahme an schulischen Anlässen und an der Weiterentwicklung der Schule gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
Sie haben einen Abschluss als Lehrperson oder schliessen Ihr Studium im Sommer/Herbst 2026 ab.
Wir wünschen uns eine Persönlichkeit mit hoher Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit, mit Humor und der Fähigkeit, die Übersicht zu behalten sowie der Bereitschaft, sich und ihren Unterricht weiterzuentwickeln.
Das Pensum umfasst 14-28 Wochenlektionen. Als Lehrperson an der Primarschule Wohlen erhalten Sie sowohl im engagierten Klassen-, als auch im Stufenteam kollegialen Austausch und Unterstützung.
Es erwartet Sie eine sehr gut funktionierende interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit der Schulsozialarbeit vor Ort und der Schulischen Heilpädagogin.

The Department of Economic and Internal Affairs deals with important matters for the smooth functioning of the state, the economy and society as a whole. Amongst other things it is responsible for the areas of justice, the police, communes and the economy.
The Department of Education, Culture and Sports deals with all aspects in the context of basic and professional training, secondary schools and university education. It is also in charge of the promotion of cultural affairs, the preservation of cultural assets as well as sports promotion
The Department of Finance and Resources is responsible for the procurement and administration of major resources so that the Canton can fulfil its tasks efficiently.
Department of Health and Social Affairs
The Department of Health and Social Affairs deals with different tasks in the areas of health and social matters, consumer protection, the military and civil protection.
The Department of Civil Engineering, Transport and Environment sees to the creation of the major framework conditions for a good quality of life and a strong economic environment in the Canton of Aargau. Its staff deals with questions of spatial planning, energy, transport infrastructures and environmental concerns
State Chancellery
The State Chancellery supports the Aargau Government Council in terms of strategy, operational and legal affairs and communication. The focus of its activities lies in the optimization of the scope of activities of the Government Council.
