Aufgaben

Für unsere familiäre Primarschule im schönen Limmattal suchen wir per Schuljahr 2026/27 eine Klassenassistenz für unseren Kindergarten

Das Pensum beträgt 14 - 18 Stunden/Woche

  • Sie begleiten und betreuen Kinder im Alter von 4 bis 6 Jahren im Kindergartenalltag.
  • Sie unterstützen die Kindergartenlehrperson bei Begleitungs-, Betreuungs- und Aufsichtsaufgaben.
  • Sie begleiten die Kinder bei Alltagstätigkeiten und fördern ihre Selbstständigkeit.
  • Sie motivieren, ermutigen und stärken die Kinder in ihrem Lernen und ihrer Entwicklung.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Einhaltung von Regeln und sorgen für einen sicheren und geordneten Ablauf.
  • Sie leisten praktische Unterstützung in Situationen, in denen zusätzliche Sicherheit gefragt ist, beispielsweise im Turnunterricht.


Anforderungen

  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und eine ruhige Art
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (Schweizerdeutsch)
  • Teamorientierte, offene Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
