About the team
Kitchenware Category team is responsible for driving the overall growth, competitiveness, and health of the Kitchenware business on TikTok Shop. This includes managing the entire category ecosystem—from managing seller and assortment strategy to stock, content supply, campaigns participation, and competitive positioning.
About this role
This role will support the Kitchenware Category team by taking ownership of several operational and analytical workstreams that, while smaller in scope, contribute meaningfully to the category's overall performance and business objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Support AMs in monitoring key business KPIs and performance metrics.
2. Assist AMs in handling seller inquiries, operational issues, and day-to-day case management.
3. Support the Category team in conducting competitor analysis and strengthening our understanding of market positioning.
4. Support the Category to provide accurate and reliable data analysis to support business planning, performance reviews, and strategic decision-making.
5. Support the Category team in identifying business opportunities, tracking category initiatives, and driving operational excellence across the Kitchenware ecosystem.
