We are seeking an experienced Kitchenhand to join our team in a fast-paced production environment.

As a Kitchenhand at Brunetti Oro, your primary purpose is to assist the kitchen team with the preparation of all food products at the venue. The kitchenhand will also assist with clearing and maintaining the kitchen department, equipment and utensils, ensuring Brunetti Oro standards are met.

You will be working directly with the Team leader and Supervisor to maintain a consistent level of application.

Working in a 7 day week operation, the successful candidate must be flexible, willing to work early mornings, weekdays, weekends and public holidays covering morning, afternoon and evenings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Kitchenhand or in a similar role.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrate superior levels of customer service

Responsibilities

Some of the responsibilities of the role are as per below

• Ensure that the food served reflects flair, creativity and the quality that Brunetti Oro is known for and that product consistency is attained in regard to appearance and taste;
• Following directives as set by senior kitchen staff to ensure high and consistent standards;
• Transfer, weigh and check supplies and equipment
• Clean and maintain the kitchen department, equipment and utensils to the appropriate standard within allotted timeframe;
