Responsibility spans across the home you are assigned to, with a huge focus on staff engagement, resident satisfaction and just generally being awesome.
In this role, you will coordinate food and beverage services, ensuring they are delivered as planned while allocating duties to team members and addressing concerns from staff and clients. You will implement Whiddon’s Food Safety Plan and monitor compliance with safe food practices. Additionally, you will lead the catering team in food safety and dining services, drive special events like theme days and cooking clubs, and support senior staff in evaluating food services by reviewing client complaints, minimizing wastage, and adjusting menus to better meet client needs.

We are hoping you will join our fantastic Whiddon family at Moree, in the Northwest region, on a permanent full-time basis. Candidates must be able to work Monday to Friday, 06:00AM – 14:06PM. A competitive salary is on offer and is negotiable for the right candidate
