As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul in May 2026, Les Maisons Bocuse are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East.

We are looking for our future Kitchen Storekeeper, ready to embody excellence and the highest standards of French gastronomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries

• Verify quality and quantity compliance

• Ensure proper storage according to HACCP standards

• Conduct regular inventory counts

• Monitor consumption and report discrepancies

• Liaise with kitchen and management teams
