The Role

About You

• Previous experience leading teams within a hospitality, hotel, stewarding or kitchen environment.
• A practical, hands-on leader who is comfortable working alongside the team during busy service periods.
• Experience with rostering, workforce coordination and managing day-to-day operational requirements.
• Sound knowledge of cleaning chemicals, stewarding equipment, safety procedures and hygiene standards.
• Understanding of food safety and HACCP requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train, coach and motivate team members.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support a 24/7 operation and respond to changing business demands.
• A team-focused mindset with a willingness to step in, cover breaks and support the operation wherever required.
