Are you reliable, hardworking, and take pride in keeping things clean and organized? We’re looking for a Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher to support our culinary team by maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. This role is essential to the success of our food and beverage operations, supporting the restaurant, banquets, room service, and employee cafeteria in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following hotel and health department standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas, kitchens, storage rooms, and trash/recycling areas.
• Follow “Clean As You Go” procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food and supplies as needed.
• Safely operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and cleaning tools.
• Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning, restocking, and set-up tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude with guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior hotel or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
