Job Description

We are hiring Kitchen Stewards for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar & Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and equipment

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, floors, storage areas, and dishwashing sections

• Ensure proper waste disposal and garbage handling

• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support duties

• Maintain hygiene standards as per company and food safety regulations

• Ensure cleaning chemicals and equipment are used safely

• Organize kitchen supplies and storage areas

• Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours

• Follow safety procedures and company SOPs

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Kitchen Steward in restaurants, hotels, or catering companies

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and kitchen hygiene standards

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work in rotational shifts

• Basic communication skills

• Gulf experience preferred
