● Maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen and food preparation areas
● Operating dishwashing machines and hand-washing equipment
● Ensuring all crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cooking equipment is sanitised and ready to use
● Assisting chefs and kitchen staff with basic food prep and waste disposal
● Keeping stock of cleaning supplies and reporting any shortages or maintenance needs
● Following hygiene, health, and safety guidelines to the highest standards
