It all begins with a clean plate and that starts with YOU! Are you ready to roll up your sleeves? Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a Kitchen Steward who values the details, who’s passionate about cleanliness and efficiency as they are about food.

This is a part time position, working an average of 24 hours per week over the roster cycle.

Your day to day

• Dishwashing and utensil cleaning
• Kitchen organisation and maintenance
• Inventory management
• Support kitchen colleagues

• Adherence to safety and hygiene standards

What we need from you

• Proven hospitality Kitchen experience is preferred
• Sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg). This can involve bending and kneeling
• Good reading, writing and basic maths
• Flexibility with night, weekend and public holiday shifts
• Communication skills – ability to develop rapport within a short time frame​

• Display a commitment to our guests to consistently maintain a high level of quality at all times
