With 8 locations across VIC, NSW, and ACT, we’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Supervisor to join our Hawthorn casa.

Now, Here’s Where You Come In:

  • Stay true to Fonda’s processes and procedures
  • Rotate stock according to Food Safety Standards
  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing the kitchen
  • Consistently demonstrate and drive Fonda’s Steps of Service
  • Drive the sales, guest experience and labour goals for your restaurant while leading the shifts
  • Ensure that all food is plated up to standards

We've got seven Melbourne restaurants (Richmond, Windsor, Flinders Lane, Hawthorn, Knox, Chadstone & Collingwood) and we've just opened our first interstate Fonda in Bondi, Sydney.
