🍽️ Kitchen Prep Assistant (Part-Time)

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food? Willow Valley Communities is looking for a Kitchen Prep Assistant to help create exceptional dining experiences for our Residents and guests.

As a valued member of our culinary team, you'll assist with meal preparation, salad bar setup, buffet presentations, and cook station support across a variety of dining venues, including restaurants, buffets, country kitchens, display cooking stations, and tray line service.

👩‍🍳 What You'll Do

• Assist cooks with food preparation using standardized recipes
• Measure, mix, wash, peel, slice, chop, and portion ingredients
• Help prepare salad bars, buffets, and display cooking stations
• Maintain proper food quality, temperatures, and food safety standards
• Set up, stock, monitor, and replenish food stations during service
• Communicate with cooks and team members to ensure smooth meal service
• Keep kitchen workspaces clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and assist with daily cleaning duties

• Previous food service experience is helpful but not required

Part-Time

✔ 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM every Tuesday✔ Every Other Saturday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM✔ Every Other Sunday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM✔ Some Holidays Required
