The SpitJack is an award-winning rotisserie brasserie built around premium Irish produce, innovative live rotisserie cooking, and a commitment to exceptional standards. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Kitchen Porterto join our team.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role at the heart of our kitchen operation — ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a high-energy environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working in a kitchen environment

  • Good HACCP and food hygiene awareness

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure

  • Confident working on your own initiative and as part of a team

  • Neat, organised, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to work at pace

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter

  • Fluent English

  • Full permission to work in the EU, or a valid work visa

It is a rotisserie concept and the first of its kind, offering only the highest quality Irish produce.

All of our menus revolve around the rotisserie and we will open from breakfast to bedtime.
