
Dinosaur Bar-B-Que began in 1983 as a mobile concession unit serving great Bar-B-Que throughout the Northeast. In 1988, the company opened its first restaurant in Syracuse and has continued to grow to five locations serving delicious Bar-B-Que throughout New York State. We are currently looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our Western, NY team at our Hamburg location.
