The Kitchen Manager leads daily back-of-house operations of our fast‑casual café, ensuring consistent food quality, efficient execution, and strong cost control from open to close. This role oversees our retail kitchen production, supports the culinary team across shifts, and upholds high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and consistency. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for training and developing the kitchen team, managing prep and service flow, monitoring food and labor costs, and ensuring recipes are executed accurately. This is a hands-on leadership role essential to delivering great food and a smooth, reliable café operation each day
