Job Title: Kitchen Leader
Reports To: General Manager/Assistant Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Compensation $19.00 - $21.75 / hour (including tips)
Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen. Resumés are HIGHLY recommended!
Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Responsible for ensuring superior quality of food and service to the guests. Ensures food is properly prepared following recipes and standards of Lolita's.
