Job Description

• Assist the chefs with preparation and general kitchen duties协助厨师进行饭菜烹调工作和一般性的厨房工作

• Work in accordance with the daily production schedule按照每日生产量计划进行工作

• Ensure a constant and sufficient supply of equipment and clean utensils to all outlets at all times确保始终向所有营业场所提供足够的设备和干净的器皿

• Collection of all garbage and maintain the cleanliness of bins and garbage room at all times收集垃圾并保持垃圾桶和废物间的清洁

• Maintain the cleanliness and conduct regular checks on the staff dining area to ensure it is clean, tidy and replenished保持清洁，并定期对员工就餐区域进行检查，以确保其整洁和物品供应

• Masen Place and food preparation开餐准备和饭菜烹调

• Assist with Food presentation

  协助食物装盘工作

• Assist with the receiving and storage of goods协助接收和储存货物

• Maintain hygienic standards and practices坚持卫生标准和规定

• Actively pursuing cost saving measures积极采取节省成本的措施

• Work in line with business needs按业务要求开展工作

What we need from you:

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力

• Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency食品服务许可或当地政府规定的有效的卫生或食品上岗证

• 1 year of kitchen experience, including experience as a kitchen assistant or in a related role具1年廚房工作經驗，含幫廚或相關崗位經驗
