Job Description

Our Head Chef at Dural Club is looking for a reliable and team focused person to join the team as a Kitchen Hand. The successful candidate will need to be able to travel to Dural Club, which is located at 662A Old Northern Rd, Dural NSW 2158.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Food preparation assistance
• Ensuring that all Kitchen and associated food preparation areas comply with a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
• Operating commercial dishwashers
• Any other ad hoc duties as required by Chefs and Management

About you:

• Experience as a kitchen hand or in a hospitality environment (highly desirable)
• Flexibility to work around a 24/7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Full working rights in Australia
• Highly reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
